South Central was master planned to provide a diverse range of large format retailers catering to all lifestyle shopping needs, including, furniture, electrical, hardware, leisure, floor coverings, homewares and lifestyle products.
The head office for Coventry Group Ltd on Great Eastern Highway in Redcliffe included 4,000sqm of office area and over 13,000sqm of warehouse space.
A complex project which required detailed interfacing with numerous stakeholders, including negotiating with the Western Australian Planning Commission to obtain compensation for the widening of Great Eastern Highway.

Alex has completed his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) at the University of Western Australia. He worked in the Projects team of international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills before moving to Arise Developments. In his previous role, Alex worked on major infrastructure and outsourcing projects for the WA State Government and large corporates. Alex’s roles and responsibilities include:
