Joondalup Square is a 30,000m2 commercial centre located on the corner of Joondalup Drive and Eddystone Avenue in Joondalup.
The centre has been designed to accommodate a variety of tenants, including a playground area with alfresco seating to provide a high level of amenity and place making for the local community.
Landsdale North is an industrial estate located on the corner of Furniss Road and Mirrabooka Avenue in Landsdale. The 40Ha parcel of land for the estate was acquired off market and developed to deliver 130 industrial lots in the area.
Developed to best practice standards with strong branding and amenity, the entire estate was developed and sold within 18 months from acquisition of the englobo parcel.
The head office for Coventry Group Ltd on Great Eastern Highway in Redcliffe included 4,000sqm of office area and over 13,000sqm of warehouse space.
A complex project which required detailed interfacing with numerous stakeholders, including negotiating with the Western Australian Planning Commission to obtain compensation for the widening of Great Eastern Highway.

Alex has completed his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) at the University of Western Australia. He worked in the Projects team of international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills before moving to Arise Developments. In his previous role, Alex worked on major infrastructure and outsourcing projects for the WA State Government and large corporates. Alex’s roles and responsibilities include:
